Layer sliced potatoes and onions at the bottom. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat a skillet with a touch of oil and sear pork chops on both sides until lightly browned (about 2 minutes per side). Remove from skillet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Arrange pork chops on top of the potato layer in the dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, whisk together soup, milk, garlic, and paprika.
