Inside, in faded blue ink, it read: <em>\u201cAunt Bill\u2019s Roll-Ups \u2014 never fail.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, I make them every year for my own family \u2014 and yes, they still disappear before dinner even starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Here\u2019s how she made them:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 large flour tortillas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup shredded cheddar cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd cup diced ham (or turkey)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bc cup finely chopped green onions or bell pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp chopped parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinch of garlic powder &amp; salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Spread the cream cheese evenly over each tortilla. Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over the top, roll them up tightly, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
