My ex finally returned \u2014 not with groceries, not with dinner \u2014 but smelling like alcohol, shrugging like it was no big deal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No more chances. No more hoping he\u2019ll \u201cdo better next time.\u201d No more leaving my son in the hands of someone who treats responsibility like an option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
