2. Processed Snacks

Chips, crackers, and other packaged snacks often contain trans fats, excess salt, and preservatives. Eating them frequently can affect heart health and overall nutrition.

3. Soda and Sugary Drinks

Soft drinks and fruit-flavored beverages are high in sugar and provide little to no nutritional value. Over time, they can cause weight gain, insulin resistance, and dental problems.

4. Fast Food
