So I quietly opened a new account, rerouted my income, and put everything in my name. I even updated my will.

When he drained “our” account, he was only draining what he had left.
I had already pulled out everything that mattered—my peace, my strength, my future.

He, on the other hand, tried to come back.
Said he “missed the old me.”

I told him:
“She’s gone. And the new me? She doesn’t settle for cowards.”

If you’re going through something dark—keep going.
There’s a version of you on the other side that you haven’t even met yet.

And she’s a warrior.
