The Simple Kitchen Paste That Wiped Out Every Roach In My House

I used to think having a few roaches, flies, or ants in the kitchen was just “normal.” They showed up at night, crawled under the sink, and scattered the second I turned on the lights. I tried sprays, traps, and expensive gels—but nothing kept them gone for good.

Then an old neighbor told me about a strange white paste she used in her house. She swore it was the reason she hadn’t seen a single cockroach in months.

I didn’t believe her… until I tried it myself.

Within 48 hours, I went from seeing bugs every day to finding them flipped over and motionless in the corners of my kitchen. By the end of the week, the infestation was practically gone.

And the best part? The entire “recipe” cost less than one dollar.

It only uses three things almost everyone already has at home.

I mixed one spoon of something sweet with one spoon of a simple pantry powder, added just a few drops of water, and placed small dollops of the paste behind the trash can, under the sink, and along the corners of the floor.

What happened next shocked me.

By the next morning, I started seeing results—dead roaches near the paste, ants disappearing from the countertops, and even flies stopped hovering around the kitchen. Every night, the house got quieter. Every morning, fewer bugs appeared.

It didn’t mask the problem. It eliminated it.

No sprays. No chemicals in the air. No expensive pest control visit. Just a tiny paste sitting silently in the corners—doing the job.

After a week, I checked all the usual hiding spots: behind the fridge, under the stove, near the drain. Nothing. Not one roach.

For the first time in years, I could walk into my kitchen at night without seeing a single thing scatter across the floor.

And here’s the part nobody tells you:

The secret isn’t the water.
It isn’t the placement.
It’s the combination.

One ingredient draws the bugs in.
The other shuts their bodies down from the inside.

Together, they work like a trap.

Now I refresh the little paste spots once a week, and my home has stayed bug-free ever since. Friends come over and ask what exterminator I hired—when all I used was a tiny homemade mixture sitting on a teaspoon.

Most people go their whole lives spending money on sprays and traps… never realizing the simplest solution was sitting in their kitchen cabinet the whole time.

And once you see how fast it works, you’ll never go back.
